The TV weather wizards said our accumulation was 8 inches and a bit, but there's gotta be at least a foot out there (the predictions yesterday morning were 2 - 4 inches).It took me almost an hour to go 12 miles to work this morning, most of that spent stopped in traffic because both lanes of the parkway (which looked like it hadn't been touched by a salt truck) were closed due to disabled vehicles. I left early so was only 15 minutes late.
Things were improving by the time I got home this evening:

Oh my gosh - you got so much more snow than we did! It's true though -- it is melting very nicely. I can't wait for it all to disappear!
