Do you participate in exchange or RR stitching? Why or Why Not?
I don't, not any more. I used to do exchanges, then I realized that I was spending so much time stitching stuff for the exchanges that I wasn't getting any stitching done for me. I was in one ornament exchange where each exchange member stitched an ornament for each other member. It was a small group and we had a couple of months to do each ornie, but all I stitched that year was those ornaments. I also don't do well with deadlines when it comes to stitching; kind of takes the fun out of it. So I decided that I was done with exchanges. I've never done a round robin, but I'm not interested for the same reasons. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Such a cutie!! I love poses like that, don't you? I have never done an RR and I think the reason why is what you're saying. I have done quilting rr's though -- just with local friends which is much easier.
I've never done a RR and I don't think I ever will. I wouldn't want my stitching judged that closely. Exchanges are fun but I really don't like the deadlines either. I think she was peeking too:-)
I feel the exact same way Karen. I do like doing 1 or 2 ornie exchanges a year but not all the time. RRs, not at all!
Happy Friday!
I used to do them all the time and never had time to stitch my stuff so I have become selfish and no more. I want to finish everything that I have started.
