There's still no internet connection at the house (our fault; just haven't done it) so I'm on the 'puter at the public library. There are some disadvantages to this, not the least of which is that it's kind of inconvenient to go to the library whenever I need to use the computer. But that's a double-edge disadvantage, because it gives me a good excuse to go to the library -- like I need one! It's a bit of a pain to not be able to jump on-line when I want to and look up something or browse the stitchy blogs, but I've had sooo much more time to stitch and read! I've made good progress on This is the Day and have been catching up on the reading -- did I tell you that I have TWO new library cards?
The cats are here and adjusting well; we've ordered some living room furniture (so excited!) and are settling in comfortably to married life. Yes, we did that as well, about 3 weeks ago.
No pictures again this post; I don't think I can download to the library computer and probably don't want to.

Congrats on the marriage!!! I am so glad the cats are adjusting. I am sure they will fine because they are with you.. Growing up we moved around with an old tomcat named Sam.. Anywhere we kids were, he was happy.. lol You will have to show off your new place and furniture!!! Glad you are getting a lot of reading and stitching in...
