Back to Normal....Mostly

I think I've finally got everything back where it belongs with this computer.  I've been getting some stitching done but just haven't managed to post.  Here's the progress on Little Paradise:

The big pink thing is the roof of the house; I had planned to get a little more done on it this evening, but I got a phone call and that took care of that.  This piece has turned into my Sunday afternoon project and I really would like to focus on it and get it finished.  I love the colors in it.  I've been working on Spring Sampler as well but I didn't have it out this afternoon and so didn't get a picture.

We learned last week at work that we have a new dress code, effective "immediately".  It's been business casual, but I guess in several places (our office included) the dress has been more "casual" and not so much "business" so now the company has decided to make a change to that.  No more jeans, tee shirts and tennis shoes, although khakis and flats -- though not sandals -- are okay.  I truly don't mind -- I'm grateful that I don't have to wear a suit and heels! -- but it sure was nice to be able to just throw on jeans and a tee shirt and go to work.  I may have to go shopping.  Darn, I hate when that happens.

Wishing everyone a good week and happy stitching!

Nice WIP! So pretty! Too bad about the dress code change. At least you don't have to wear suits!
