I got in about an hour of stitching tonight and put in a few more rows of grass. I got a bit of a later start than I meant to. I went to turn on the Ott light and nothing happened. Nada. So I putzed around with that for 10 or 15 minutes before I said "uncle" and decided to try to stitch without it. I don't know what the problem is; the ridiculously expensive but long-lasting bulb is new, so maybe it's the switch. I tried a different outlet and that didn't help. Of course, I might go down tomorrow morning and switch it on and it'll work like a charm. So anyway, I ended up stitching at the table rather than on the sofa and using the tabletop Ott. I was a little out of sorts.
We're supposed to have nice weather for the next couple of days, I believe, so if it's not too hot I may try to stitch out on the deck tomorrow. I'm off on Monday and the school is closed, so I predict some more stitching on Monday.
